Created two programming guides to new Java utilities and API. TDI software creates a smooth interface between Java and the Jasmine object-oriented database system.

Wrote and revised training materials for website creation and administration.

Learned ActiveWeb system and produced three editions of the developer guide for it. ActiveWeb is a complex, message-based system that uses Java software to integrate any software with any other software.

As the only writer, established an ordered system for existing documentation and a consistent system of FrameMaker style tags.
Originated and revised many hardware and software manuals for programmers, administrators, and end users of Savi radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags.
Used ForeHelp and FrameMaker to create WinHelp for several software products.

Assisted in design and creation of a Macintosh-based, relational database to track printing, distribution, and inventory of product manuals.

Created a highly acclaimed, four-color, 102-page, introductory guide for the Data Interpretation System, including line art, photographs, and text.
Created programming manuals for C and Visual Basic APIs.
